I’ve been looking for another job. I just can’t stand it here anymore. Dealing with claims is ki-ling me. How can mgmt sleep at night?

I’m so glad I left this company. It is a h*ll hole. There are jobs that pay just as good and have the same benefits out there. Don’t sell yourselves short. I was not happy so I left. No regrets here. Managers are horrible here.

The poster who said “quit” obviously isn’t overworked, doing the work that originally had 7 people doing it, down to ONE. So think before you speak or judge.

Getting RiF’d especially if you get the max severance can be a blessing for those who are miserable here. you get a little cushion to find something better. better than quitting or getting terminated for performance.
