Have you guys noticed that? All of their photos, titles, etc have been removed from the site? Not only for elevance health but all of the competition too. Leadership is scared. However you can still google their name/title and info and photos pops up from other sites. Interesting.

I was told Elevance was covertly test piloting AI on ER claims. The claim had to have specific words or it would be denied. I have no mercy for these bastids. Social media is full of stories from tax and premium paying people that are heartbreaking. We are at a crossroads in this country regarding healthcare and we are long overdue. Don't count on Congress. They all get lifetime health care for free and won't respond to your letters. The people need to speak up, act and demonstrate now. Guess 21 million isn't enough for Gail to squeak by on. Poor Brian Thompson couldn't eke out a living on 10 million.....
The fact that their Christmas is ruined does not stress me. I was denied by my own employer. Karma is only a bleach when your are.
@1nm...Although your sentiment makes sense, many of us who dedicated years of our lives cannot remove this company from our resume, because there will be a huge gap in in working experience and because many have a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience that we have built over the years. I myself would not remove this company from my resume.
It may be a good idea to remove this company from your resume. I think public opinion of the health payer business is not going to be positive going forward.
Once you left footprint on Internet, it is impossible to remove them.

They have some worker grunt doing internet searches for them.... LOL!!!
the company has no AI. we have spark which is next to useless unless someone wants to pi-p it to say they are “using AI”. we have automation which is involved with making decisions but AI and automation are not the same things.
All of the major insurers have taken down the photos. Some have just left the names & bios.
Is AI making determinations on claims being approved or denied?
If it is they better su-k it up and change that methodology if they don't want more things like this to happen.
You cannot have a computer making life and death decisions based on an algorithm.
Hope they do better.
Guess now they fully understand playing God with peoples lives has consequences.
