My Choice PTO eligibility;
People leaders and stock eligible; E15/M11 above and ES3/MS1 (sales)
If you were eligible you would have received a my learning to complete.
If I remember correctly, this is for certain leadership levels and above. I don’t remember what position it starts with (manager I, II, etc). It doesn’t apply to the “cogs in the wheel” positions, but I think they are giving a 3rd wellness day or extra PTO day from what I read during open enrollment.
It's basically uncapped PTO - you don't accrue hours.
