Why the AVGO Business Model is Not Sustainable

I agree, HT plans to acquire more underperforming vendors to merely cut their costs isn't a savvy tech vendor's growth strategy. It's a simplistic PE financial manipulation playbook. It requires persuasion skills to convince hapless banks to loan... — read more

W2 from Broadcom or VMware ?

I quit back in September and I have already received W2 from my new employer, but not from BC. Do you think it may take a while for BC to send W2 due to ongoing re-org processes/layoffs ?

So the countdown begins, it's currently 12:10am and only 8 hours 20mins until we find out what's going on. To people in GSS what's your end plan? I'm in the company just shy of 5 years and I'm out the gap. To anyone in all other sectors what's your... — read more

I cannot believe they are keeping and pushing SSMs

Utterly knacked that Broadcom is trying to save every penny but keeps these do-nothings around. I know they are a line item. Can Broadcom not see that not every line item is profitable? SSMs add nothing of value and I've yet to see one do so. — read more

All unwanted products/projects removed

BC removes all unwanted products and services. Some folks may feel bad, but at our VP level these are necessary. Many services & products contradict & need restructuring in India too. Skills retraining is the necessacity of the hour.
