Wondering if a anyone has seen the full OTE in the most recent pay cycle?

what does this mean? can somebody provide an example?
what do you mean by comp payout?
BC comp pay out dates are end of March, June, September and December.
Talking with the Brocade and CA reps they told me March is comp payout. Not sure what amount they will pay. They said the comp ramps up to full pay out Q4.
