I will ndver forget when someone was bashing millenials saying we should fire them at vmware. When I mentioned working circles around the older generation aka Gen X who couldn't adapt to new tech I was told "that's ageist". You guys are some of the biggest snowflakes I have seen.

Stop calling us baby boomers, that generation has more or less completely left the workforce. We're Generation-X which sounds way cooler - if you're going to spout your snowflake opinions at least get the generation you're trying to insult right.

So far, BC has used the same playbook as the CA and Symantec acquisitions.

Meaning, HT knows there is no benefit to promoting (and paying more for) employees who are just waiting to retire. Broadcom Software is a place where baby boomers stick around without any need for incentives. That's the established pattern.
