When will severance be paid in the US?

I was under the impression it would be the last day, Jan 26th?

Are there different docs to sign for severance? I do not see any in the Broadcom portal, and why is it required we sign these docs?

I was told it should be paid out on the next payroll date. Can anyone confirm this?

No sooner than 8 days after you sign, no later than March 15.

The agreement says after the 7-day recession period they will pay out as soon as they get to it, but no later than March 15.

Max 15 March as mentioned below. Hopefully in 1-2 payroll cycles. No idea when they will pay Retention RSU payout. Considering how much time they took to give converted BC shares, I have very low expectations.

“ upto a max of 1 year from your last date.
Come to office and ask other questions to HR in person.”

This is false, the agreement says as soon as possible but no later than March 15th following separation date.

Quit spreading misinformation and preying on people’s anxieties you sociopath.

Yes, thank you. That was the ask. I hope it’s not 45 days……

Sign the docs and you will receive payments in 45 days

The ask was for US where they already signed numb NuTZ. No need to play smart about it.
