Everyone is required to stay at their desks, except for short breaks where they can use the restroom and get a snack from the vending machines. The margins are terrific. Broadcom will make bank. Hock Tan is a genius.

Creekside building bathroom has 2 faucets - one is not working, other is dripping cold water. TP still available though. Kitchen area all cleaned up. Winter is coming.
Free entry to bathrooms, but bring your own TP. Cold water to wash hands because it cost to warm up water. Office is freezing it cost to turn up the heat.
This place is a mother blanking sh-t show. I can live with the change in culture, strategy and maniacal focus of expense management. The people are great too. It is the disorganization, lack of autonomy, distain for innovation and having to deal with the same sh-t ba--s from VMW. Agree or disagree with the strategy, wish HT would have picked his new leadership team more carefully. The RSUs are the golden hand cuffs but not certain how long I can hold on.
