Anyone able to comment on what the Broadcom severance policy is? Curious to know what it’ll shift to when the agreement to honour VMware’s policy expires in November

Maybe he heard wrong but it doesn't change the fact that their HR team are useless. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times and the message back was always "check the blah blah, it's all there" when it wasn't. I miss our VMware HR team. They actually addressed your specific concerns.

I was told the same VM severance package will maintain for 1 yr until early 25.
What was the policy? I've asked and had nothing back lol

You may attempted to communicate through help tickets, but they will respond a week later with a non-sequitor answer and close the ticket as resolved.
I do not know what their policy is. However I think you can be certain it will not be as generous as what is currently on offer.
