I was offered a job outside of Shell. Is there a way to time it so I can take SVS and start at new company relatively soon? Last day of payroll in the SVS guide says July 31 and new company certainly won’t wait til then.

My application for SVS 2020 was rejected! Should I apply again for SVS 2021?

Selling off refineries I get that. But what’s next. I think battery development for electric cars and mining the materials would be a good place to start.

To get the news if they are needed or not. I know its not an immediate goodbye if you are not needed, but it is going to be rough applying to a limited number of internal postings.

I’m planning to retire in three to four years and I was wandering weather I should retire if there is a severance package offered or hold off till the date I desire to retire.

How is everyone finding the work place after Avanti? Not seeing much positive change at the moment to be honest.

I look around and wonder how they will survive without me? No-one dares speak truth to power unless they have enough years in the company. Shell and our industry lacks vision and leadership.
