It may not be a Shell specific issue, but Shell could be a nice big case to get to the courts.

The question is how can this be executed effectively?

I sincerely hope this happens at Shell. They need a wake-up call. Hundreds, if not thousands, have already been laid off due to stated systemic sexism at Shell. Class action?
