Has it happened to anyone that you accidentally started looking for a job from a company computer? There probably won’t be any consequences but I’m a little paranoid right now.

In any large enterprise, nobody (in operations or cyber defense) has the interest or time to care about what websites you are personally browsing unless you trigger a major red flag like po-n, etc. But those red flag sites are blocked anyway. You are fine.
Yes and it wasn't by accident
ESPN.com, Fox News, Facebook, YouTube, Netflix are all accessed from company PC. LinkedIn or GlassDoor isn’t gonna ki-l you. If ever asked, say it’s for some sort of competitive intelligence.
No need to be paranoid.
Yes - it happens. Much more worth worrying about.
you aren't the first, nor will be the last.
