Can't really blame Shell leadership when majority of the people in this company bought into the networking culture. The real issue is the connection based culture that just helps the same people move from one job to the next whether they're qualified for the job or not. The company's values should be lying, favoritism, and zero tolerance for respect. Not honesty, integrity and respect.

No and they have not in any reorgs in the past. In order to be a VP at Shell today you learned to swallow a long time ago.
