Shell has senior leaders? smh

Can't really blame Shell leadership when majority of the people in this company bought into the networking culture. The real issue is the connection based culture that just helps the same people move from one job to the next whether they're qualified for the job or not. The company's values should be lying, favoritism, and zero tolerance for respect. Not honesty, integrity and respect.
Have they successfully found a way to write off all the poor SPS scores they're going to receive this year?
No and they have not in any reorgs in the past. In order to be a VP at Shell today you learned to swallow a long time ago.
Probably the opposite with lying, keeping people in the dark, and manipulation.
Yes ma'am, leadership has 10/10 transparency. They care only about the people, and act with complete selflessness putting others' careers above their own.
nope
