"we now expect workforce reductions to approach 15% when accounting for attrition through the end of calendar 2023" I guess they got rid of enough people to bring back raises and bonuses sooner than expected.

The meaning of great performance
This place made employee's effort to achieve a great performance totally pointless. This is very evident in the recent layoffs. Does it even make sense to try to have a good performance anymore?
Any other impacted workers feel that healthcare costs where a factor?
I'm curious if other good performers that where let go also had major medical costs? Being self insured Micron would see some immediate cost benefits from terminating employees that are incurring substantial healthcare bills.
