I've heard and read many people say they have started sending out their resumes. I was wondering for how many of us this has been the final straw? I have a feeling that attrition is about to become a real problem for the company, but it could also be my wishful thinking. Please share if you are planning to change jobs as soon as you can.

I've been getting 50k+ RSUs per year. But it's not worth it anymore now that they gutted our teams and expect us to pick up the slack with no increase in pay. I'm quitting on Friday.
I left micron and got over 100k RSUs and 50% refresher every year.
Micron never came even close.

Micron is not generous with their RSUs. They also let their management to decide whom to allocate to. That means management can play favoritism.
Who is getting 100K RSUs? It’s very hard to get that high amount. In order to get that, you have to have Significantly Exceeds and high level position.
There are people who only get 20K or nothing every year.
Christ, I wish I got anywhere near the 1700 RSUs per year you get.
I've gone multiple years, always with meet expectations, and not gotten any RSUs

I thought Micron RSUs are at least 100k a year. I doubt those who survived layoffs are leaving.
