The second round of layoffs at the end of the month will only affect certain orgs, not all.
All clear was messaged Friday by org leaders and no mention of future plans to layoff. 10% pay cuts at M2 level and below are next.

Management said we are done for now but can't confirm if anymore would happen. Some managers said it won't be again for a while. No one said about end of February
Management confirmed in our group meeting there will be a second round at end of February.
Yes I’m hearing more around the 1st week of March , but seems like it’s rumors , many people are pretty sure of it tho.
