Those that were laid off 2 weeks ago, were basically given 2, weeks notice, so even though they stop working the day they were notified, they will show on our internal directory until Feb 25th, to cover the 2 week notice. They will show inactive after that. Nothing to do with WARN act.

Got confirmation it's gonna continue next week as well
I guess its done before next ATM.
Every employee that I know who has been laid off still shows on /emp, not as separated. I think they will stay on the book for the 60 days to avoid 'WARN' violations, at least in the US. So the Q2 earning should not be impacted.
This has been the playbook for most of the high tech companies (keep those affected "employed" with no access to the company)
FYI on what is the WARN Act:
"In a nutshell, the WARN Act requires a covered employer to provide 60 days' advance notice of covered plant closings and covered mass layoffs to affected employees or the employees' union representative, if any; the state dislocated worker unit; and the chief elected official of the local government"
They will want to absorb the cost of cutting labor in FQ2 earnings report.
I was told it will go through end of February but no one really knows. What I can assume is that it will be done before the next town hall early march
Yes that’s what I heard too
