This whole thread is ridiculous. Micron doesn't need more NAND fabs because the one they have is huge and the demand has not been high compared to DRAM. But Micron has a huge investment in Singapore. Why would they keep expanding over the years if they were just going to cut it out?
Just look no further at where the CHIPS funds are going...its not going for NAND expansion.
Wait can someone explain hynix Intel or whatever people are talking about in the comments. So no more NAND at Intel?
