Wondering if there are others who received an email update from Crossover Health Services on Friday night stating eligibility change and the account being converted to read-only, besides all future appointments being canceled.
Does this mean I am laid off this upcoming week?

yeah, i got same email. I think it's just cost cutting since hardly anyone uses it
