Never assisted to such disgraceful HR organization like recent years Micron. Performance, promotion, layoffs all managed without the slightest process, all arbitrary to VP whim. I assisted enough in recent years I’m hoping to be next to move away. Micron culture was great years ago but since Sanjay all went south badly. I wish the best for those who will remain, frankly I’m done. This company now needs HR to be made stronger, more independent and capable defending employees from VP abuses.

People need to understand that HR is not there for the employees, but to protect the company.
HR is a puppet to the CEO and BoD.
