Hi all. Just wondering why people think OVM positions will be eliminated. My OVM works hard and we need her. Are you guys just speculating or has something been announced?

What all do we know for sure? Will more director positions be added. What will happen to the OVMs? I do not envy their jobs and don’t know how we would do what we do without them.
