I did my walk thru of shoe dept. and was shocked how bad it is .. not only do they have cr-a=p=p=y brands but only pushing their junk. there was not one person to help me either in shoes a once very busy women shoe dept. has turned into a scrap yard of yesteryear.
i did notice there is now central locations all around the store to check out and they are doing this so you carry around your junk to see if you want more junk to check out on the floor over. its reeks of desperations. what happened Macys?>
