The atmosphere in the store for which you assume will be closed soon .. not hard to guess what the atmosphere is like. I’d love to leave before then, but I can’t find anything that’s acceptable to me. However, I am amazed by coworkers who have a great chance to find a great job now and still choose to stay in this misery of a place just because they are waiting for severance pay. My opinion is that this is not a good idea.

Every year someone says they are not giving severances and every year they eliminate positions, they give severances. I know plenty of people holding out for a severance and I personally don’t blame them. What’s wrong with getting a severance, saving/investing it then moving on? More power to them.
no they aren't giving any more severance you have to now dress like a giraffe from toys and Bankrupt and act more goofy in morning rallies and corporates walk thru
