We had our regional at our store last week and she was complaining about why we had so many open jobs and asked about the people who were quitting to go work at other jobs paying two to five dollars more an hour. She asked if were talking to them about our benefits and mentioned this and we almost laughed. People are leaving for pay, most of them already work two jobs and the other jobs are offering way more than we are, these "benefits" only matter if we are paying enough.
