Maybe it's my location, but we're not seeing the hiring issues some of you are talking about. We're still getting about the same level of applications, the only difference is that the quality of applicants has dropped significantly. I wish there were no people wanting to join, that would give us some leverage, but that simply isn't true. I guess there are still enough desperate people who'll work for any pay in any conditions just to put food on the table.
