Ops/vs New Roles is kneeling in front of the window with a goofy store meeting face on at the herald square location for all the non tourist that come into what was formally new York city. The Ops also have to put on a charade like they do for corporates walk through by placing their hands in the air and waving it saying your getting a " thirty five cents raise if you kiss more a$$" all in front of the corporates clowns who also will be jumping up and down on a trampoline saying Ho Ho Ho open a Macys card at 25 percent interest rates and make sure you dont miss a payment !!

Can't imagine working in herald square and having to deal with all the corp clowns along with the regional and district people. We have a regional visitors coming to our store this weekend and our manager is so stressed that we are all concerned for her. We have over 100 open jobs and the unrealistic expectations for the busy weekend are putting everyone over the edge.
