I’ve heard CNRL is in the process of offshoring non core functions. For example accounting functions like AR,AP finance are in the process of being sent to the Philippines and India. We also heard IT functions at CNRL like “service desk analyst”... — read more

Tariffs on Oil and Gas

We are truly blessed to have a premier like Daniel Smith standing up for Alberta. None of the other premiers are standing up for Alberta or the oil and gas industry. Only Pierre Polievere is standing up for Alberta. We all know climate change is... — read more

Trump Tariffs & Trade (TTT or T³) - March 4 2025

It seems the T³ will come into effect March 4, 2025. We don't expect that the tariffs on Canada's most important export Oil and Gas will last for long. The tariffs on the other sectors in Canada WILL remain. We have a strong Premier here in Alberta... — read more

Working at CNRL
