Can anyone share/confirm what total management headcount are we sitting at after Nov impact and frontier acquisition?

Were or will they be affected?
Does anyone know something?

"Grow up, get over it, baloney, you'll find another job!" Everyone's circumstances, obligations, etc., are very different. No one can know what someone might be facing in the news of a layoff or rebadge. If you disagree, say so, don't be a je-k about it.

Question for those with visibility into the Oracle layoffs:

Given the scale of the reductions, why does it appear that very few M5s were impacted and almost no M6s or M7s were affected? The distribution across levels seems disproportionate.

Is that perception accurate, and if so, what explains it?

It does seem like, on average, older more experienced people were laid off. Anyone else notice this? Our group is half gone, and it's ALL the older folks - I'm not talking really old, just over 40.

Assuming this is just more bad news piled on….?

We've been losing experienced, well paid employees for years voluntarily. That's the exact demographic the company would want to reduce. So why do we need to do formal layoffs when so many people are leaving on their own? Are they not leaving fast enough?

Yesterday was supposed to be the last day to vote. Does anyone know if it was ratified or not? I don’t need to know your opinion of the contract, just any news on if the results.

Anyone notice that the compensation bands have been removed from the internal site? When asked, HR stated that the information has been removed for undisclosed reasons. Thoughts? Theories?

What are the current betting odds that the April 15th all-company is to explain another mass layoff early in the month circa the mid-July 2024 “bloodbath”? Still no WARN notices I can find, but the timing right after Q1 and corporate jobs disappearing in every other industry does make one wonder.

Realistically they keep doing this on and on and surely they will have to stop doing this eventually I am not seeing the end game here. Soon no one will want to join and you will have ki-led off most of the workforce?
