Our store had a terrible rush. Worst I’ve seen in my years with the company. Never had a line more than 4-5 people long, and we’re not a small store. RM has been almost completely silent, and no chatter from HO. Wtf?

Is anyone familiar with how Follett handles store managers when a contract is lost? Do they help them find a new position within the company, or are they simply let go? I’m thinking I may be facing this in the next few months.
