I wonder if Follett is a sustainable company at all. Yes, no, maybe? Has the company ever worked hard in pursuit of sustainability? Unfortunately, I think not. Correct me if I am wrong, but sustainable practices are not part of Follett. That’s why someone here made an excellent observation that you shouldn’t waste time here anymore, but run away as soon as possible.

I think the Access programs could make it more sustainable. I’ve met a lot of parents that love the idea but my school hasn’t implemented it yet. I really love the idea of Follett as a sportswear/college gift company but so many smaller stores can’t sustain a staff on those sales alone. Whatever happened to the idea of not having stores be mini book warehouses , but instead have regional warehouses that can ship books as they are ordered? We could probably better control our spending on books that way.
