What a load of c--p!

SZ just sent an email stating how proud she is of herself for walking through uncertain times with us! I call BS! How dare you clam you walked through this with us!! Staff reductions, lack of communication and no transparency! And when we do hear from you, it is a half hearted attempt in showing your appreciation while demanding more!
All I have to say is, it must be nice to be able to sit in the luxury of your home office while making poor decisions!

OMG! We are hearing the same lines of BS in our department. Management has no clue of the tension they are causing with constant monitoring and micromanaging, while they post on Facebook that they're sitting under their pergola in Florida.

Same with our region.
Also, if you're not part of the clique you've no chance of any assistance.
Only communiques are to congratulate stores for scarf orders...it's like comparing apples to oranges.

Tell that to the 3 RMS who "chose" to step down to take lower-ranking jobs. How come one of her SMS left just as her personal friend needed a job? Now it looks like another RM "stepped down." Lets see if she hires another unqualified person or sticks with someone who knows how to flatter her but not run a region.
