So I told my manager that I found another job and that it will take priority. He was not happy about it, in fact he was pretty upset. The next thing I know he’s looking over my shoulder at every little thing I do, criticizing me like it’s my first day. I don’t let it get to me because in reality we’re spread thin as it is and it’s not like I’m quitting. He should appreciate that I’m willing to remain at all.

He's lucky to have staff at all. Many stores are operating with one SM and that's it!
