Who here thinks store layoffs are coming? Will it happen in March? I hope not. I have no insider info but if this site can be believed, a lot of home office folks have been laid off. Will laying off field employees be necessary? I hope not. Keep your heads held high out there! Every new day is a gift!

Remember the Follett Family Picnic in RG?
I remember the happy people - the dynamic leaders!

Fiscal year ends 3/31. Got to have the returns added to the books.
It literally changed right after the call.
When did the CM directive change? RCMS call yesterday still said the 26th was due date.
This is fishy. The hacks at the tower must be grinning.
Yeah I thought that was interesting that all of a sudden new book returns are due March 19th now. Gotta get them returned while there’s still bodies to return them. Ugghhh....you ever just get a bad feeling about something?
The overpaid leaders at the tower recently ordered that all new text returns be completed ahead of the original schedule, this time by March 19. Is that because they’re planning to fire the workers picking the books the following week? Spill it!
0 is 0, whether you're looking at dollars or hours. Lol. A lot of stores are going to be one-person operations, likely until fall rush – especially if in-person graduations don't happen. Hopefully your hourly workers have all found new jobs by now because they're not going to have hours with Follett.
Just to clarify: the amount of hours per month?
That's dollar hours not actual hours?
Many stores are already spread paper thin. Unfortunately, the vipers at the HO don’t care and will keep cutting.
IT oursourced to India. Accounting is next to move to India, in the works.
If you don’t have the sales, stores are getting 0 labor hours in March for any PT’s. Same as a layoff I would think.
Who is even left to lay off? Lol. Stores are already running with almost no staff.
