Well done to all the stores managing to make great sales!

Now, can you leave those stores who are low on/have limited stock and aren't being replenished alone?
I'm looking at you RMs in your praise/shame emails!
Wtf...we can't sell stuff if we don't have it!

If you pay your bills you can get merchandise but if you’re not paying your bills you’re not going to be receiving merchandise. People are not going to produce product with the hope of getting paid a year from now. Nobody has that kind of cash flow anymore. I don’t think we are thought of very highly anymore on the terms of out payments. They used to be one of the best but those are days long gone. Pay your bills pay your vendors and hopefully we will start receiving merchandise. Enough said you all know what’s going on. The writing is on the wall.

To the poster below: I've had a GM portal ticket open since the first week of November. Still no response. It's not as simple as you want to make it.

To the OP: RMs are useless. Their praise is meaningless. There's no sense worrying about what they think or what other stores are doing. If HO wants to hinder your sales, there's nothing you can do. Knowing them, it's on purpose, as it would give them an excuse to downsize, cut more payroll, etc.

Rather than complain here, maybe you could direct your energies to contacting your planner or someone on the GM team. That’s what I do. Call me crazy though.......

Exactly! At this time of year, GM sales are so important. They want us to use coupons to drive sales but we don't have product to support the coupons. Currently we have a total of 16 mugs/cups/water bottles. Not 16 of one kind, 16 total. Clothing is even worse. Markups should be real quick. Parents coming in with their kids for visits have nothing to buy. Graduation is right around the corner and I have 1 frame in stock, no alumni shirts or mugs. At least 5 times a day I have to tell someone I don't have any other sizes in the back. You want me to increase my sales? Then give me something to sell
