Mgmt doesn't deliver on promises

I've had enough and I no longer have any confidence in the management. They like to talk about possibilities in front of us without ever fulfilling their promises. Who still trusts them after so many times they failed to deliver on promises? Hoping... — read more

New bout of WFR starting Nov 2022.

I joined CSC 2014, found it hard to believe a round of redundancies every 4-6 months. Management wanted everybody to do multiple roles (leveraging) for no extra money. With DXC it looked like it was going to change. But here we go again, Mike 2... — read more

DXC is a mess

DXC has a reputation for poorly treating its employees and creating an unhealthy corporate environment. It is unlikely it will find enough qualified workers to fill current openings and do not think for one second that more restructuring is not on... — read more

New strategy

DXC has changed strategy.. they know 50% of the employees are just hanging around ..average seniority of 20 years.. they cannot pay them all...new strategy is to let them die from boredom or resign.. whichever comes first

Word to the Wise when Resigning

Hello All - I was a long-term employee and finally left! DXC gave me one last stab in the back as I left by apparently "paying me too much" on my final check (2 days). They contacted me and wanted me to return a couple hundred dollars (US). My... — read more

Excellent observation about DXC employees

There are essentially 3 kinds of DXC employees at the moment (1) N A huge number of people who are currently hanging around are doing so for a WFR scheme to come along where they stand to gain a windfall severance benefit... many of them are on... — read more

Where is Sally?

Its been a while since we've had any Town Hall meeting or even a business update.

Mid Year Review FY 23

With Mid year review coming up for FY23, shall I even bother requesting my manager to have it? As regardless of my performance will be getting a big fat zero at the end of FY23.

You shouldn't allow yourself to stagnate

A lot of people at DXC are just wasting their time and stagnating. Isn't that true? I hope, however, that most are looking for a job, even though it's not easy to get a new offer right now? Despite the fact that I've been applying for a long time... — read more

Greener pastures

Those who left mostly say that they got a significant pay increase. Some claim that they received even more than a 50% pay increase, which I find hard to believe, but everything is possible. I'm interested in whether that pay increase in new... — read more

What would stop the decline?

At this moment it seems that only a miracle can stop the decline, or the radical changes that the company has long needed. I don't have any high hopes anymore. My only mistake is that I didn't leave much earlier.

Take what you can and go

DXC arent doing any proper asset management. There are loads of us ordering kit on the smartbuy tool with nary more than a random wbs. Order what you can and claw back what you can from this wretched place

Acting my wage

For a while I agreed to be inadequately compensated for the amount of work I was doing. Now I don't want that anymore, because if DXC can't give the employees an adequate raise, then they shouldn't expect us to do anything more than what is... — read more

Successful businesses learn from mistakes

This is not the case with DXC leaders. Not only do they not learn from mistakes, they continue to make even worse mistakes. It's crazy to use the same strategy that's sinking this company, but they're not giving up on it. Perhaps someone should... — read more

Talks are back on

Noticed town hall and other meetings are back on. Now that the pay raise has been put on hold they think they don't need to talk about pay and can talk about other things. Pay can't and won't go away, people will keep raising it. No doubt we won't... — read more
