Well I left DXC, took a new position for a heck of a lot more money. I'm a road man now, travelling around and working on computers for a state agency that will remain nameless. I was burned out on working remote with very poor guidance and Knowledge Base articles.
- .. it just wasn't going anywhere for me there so I took a step into the unknown. It was a scary move but I don't feel I had a choice. Mr. 'shouty' could care less about the rank and file. There was also some sort of huge restructure going on with the ticket system. I feel sort of like somehow I was fortunate to get a ticket on the last plane out. I think my previous team is going to wind up going down on the DXC titanic.
These are bad economic times granted, but I would get out if you have the option. I don't predict a healthy future for DXC, not based on how they run the contracts.
