Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Mikeys ki-led off DXC

Within 4 years his pretty much destroyed DXC. His pay has gone from $6 million to $28 million, quadrupled in 4 years.

His recruited a gang of his mates at great expense, who are past thier use and can achieve no growth.

The share price has gone down one third under his leadership, even after the buybacks and made up bid talk.

2 bidders ATOS and a made up another have withdrawn thier bids as they have found out about Mikey when they have analyzed the company.

Turnover has shrunk from $24billion to $12 billion.

Staff had minimal increases in the period.

It's clear his just taking the money and delivering nothing, he needs replacing quickly before the company actually closes.

To the person that said “struggling to survive” Then it isn’t DXC’s fault, it’s yours. Go find another job that will pay you what you need!

Stock is down about 10.95 % YTD and over 15% this month. Looking forward to the financial call in April. Let’s see how Mr. Shawty can spin this and how he could justify all the stock options and his salary.

I’m so glad I left Dixie in February for a much better position with better benefits. When I contact my old friends at the company I find out that nothing is changed. They’re still behind schedule and they’re still not getting the support from Management that they need.

Mike is a vampire.

He sucks the blood and sweat of the employees for his own financial gain.

He doesn't care if you go hungry or sleep on the highway.

The saddest and lowest type of human being you can come across, one who takes the money of others, and takes it for himself and his gang.

That will be his legacy and the way he will be remembered.

Can't Mike and the cronies understand people are struggling to survive and are actually going into debt to feed and keep a home as inflation and now interest rates have risen significantly.

Do they not have any human feeling at all?

As the end of the quarter is approaching, usual messages start to flow "we need to get over the quarter keep up the good work"

Meantime bent Micky takes a big pay raise $10 million this time for his hard work over the failed takeover 😄 as they meet the final quarter revenue.

Soon as the quarter is over things are looking tough as new made up targets get raised which are never reachable.

Last year after the workers delivered all that was required, bent micky changed the target to raise the margins to a never achievable 10%+ and the you get "we can't give the workers much."

All so repeatable from the Micky mouse playbook.

The guy is dodgiest CEO out there, his reputation has got sobad in the industry due to his greed.

"Mission Accomplished. I've made more $ than I ever thought possible. DXC has been a great company for me. Now I can retire with untold wealth and sit on other company boards based on my success and let more millions roll in."

Flood the likes of linkedin , glassdoor with your comments , so people take notice. Doing here doesn’t have the same affect.

We had reviews last April and no pay increases for anyone except the executives and this year will be the same. So glad I left the sh-t hole in February , and on to a much more rewarding role !!

@sbo+1lyOHUDM - sharpie Ben is bang on. That is exactly what is happening. Cannot wait to see what is the inflection point, when the new execs have swindled enough and gently eject enmasse.

It was only supposed to be a cheap plastic bag to hold the bits while they tried to sell them to someone piece by piece.

Never conceived to be a functioning entity.

Which is why M2 has been doing so badly because he didn't understand that.

Its not just you guys who have suffered, I'm a shareholder and I am angry at Salvino.

Since he has taken over we haven't had 1 cent in dividends over the last few years.

His sunk the share price by a large amount.

ATOS offered good money double what the shares are now. But Salvino told us sh-t that he could do better than the ATOS offer, he just lied to to line his pockets for longer.

The devious so called chief is just collecting money for his self and his friends and now not doing anything to raise the share price.

The guy is a in it for himself only, we need a replacement quickly.

The plan is to hire cronies at VP, SVP, EVP levels and greater than market salary (who will promote Women's day, diversity, mental health & well-being, pride month, black history month and spend a lot of time on LinkedIn promoting each others garbage) - This is accomplished.

Next bring in yes man in board and with their help just ride the dxc gravy train as long as till revenue declines to a zero. - Accomplished.

There will be a bunch of hard working employees, who will be working with their heads down and they are the poor souls and victims in this Madoff style Ponzi scheme.

The useless analysts are another waste of space and don't ask the right questions.

Finally after a long year of rejections got an opportunity to move out of DXC. The hike received from job change is 40%, I don't think DXC would have paid me this much, in the next 10 years.
It feels very awkward when freshers paod more salary than someone who is in the same role for 7+ years.

But all the best to every colleague out there, who is planning an EXIT.
I wish DXC atleast gives its Consultants a bonus, if they have 90% of the time we should be billable on a client project.
They should atleast give 5% bonus if an employee is at 95% bonus. This won't hurt I guess.
