@2iqy+1lqaT5cR says "Mike's busy with Mary"

Sums it all up, Mary has sent out 1 email this year, so what are the two of them busy with?

They need to get thier r ses on a town hall and communicate what they are doing and what % raise we are getting.

You complain about someone not talking to you who has never done so before. Communication means listening and speaking in a way that the other person understands. And vice versa. Communication in a company means that the company's goals are clear, understandable and acceptable to everyone. And that the CEO has an interest in them.

You shouldn't complain about the fact that some m0ron is no longer making stupid announcements to you.

Hey Gang

Hope your doing good, more cuts to come along, I'm going to chop you and this company to bits. I'm aiming for 20% margins so there's no chance you will ever get a raise.

I don't care if all of you leave, In fact that's what I'm aiming for, we can deliver with just me and my gang so the Axe will keep cutting, "more from you for less" that's my mantra of growth.

You didn't like it when I flipped on a town hall the reward is that I have turned you guys into a sweatshop, and got pleasure in that. That's what I call employee engagement.

Remember the employee surveys which were so important, I chopped them as well, it's do as I say, i dont care about happy employees or customers.

Ive been busy with Mary, she been working really hard, and I know she has managed to sent out 2 emails this year a major achievement, so that's $8million for her appraisal review.

Don't bother doing your appraisals as your getting 0%, I'm the only CEO in a global company who can get away with this, and you can't do anything about it. If you can prove it.

It's been more than a year since our absent CEO talked to staff and 11 months since his last email to staff. If you or I shirked our responsibilities that much we'd be sacked, he gets rewarded for it. That's the true culture of DXC

The CEO should've apologized for his explosive anger on the February 2022 town hall. Deleting said town hall from the replay list is a clear indication by senior management that he messed up royally. It makes the situation worse after each passing day by not communicating anything, at all. Is it too much for him to apologize and get on with the problems at hand?

Can we hire Bernie Madoff or Sam Bank man-fried. May be not necessary cause we are already fried.

I think Slaveino also knows this. But his Ponzi scheme is too far gone now. Speaking to staff will mean it could derail his next pay rise which is just one month away.
