After asking some questions I have been led to believe that at least some of these non-cleared people are from "Manpower" and are working in Erskine on contracts with the before mentioned accounts amongst others.
It is not known as to what depth of access they have to information, but they are at the least building IT assets and probably profiling them for the customer.
I guess if DXC wont fix it or does not care, these clients might?
It's BAE, Leonardo and the MOD where they are putting people. Uncleared PMs working on Yellowlnk

CSC later years under lawrie and DXC under both Mikies very keen on getting rid of experience people to get more $$, keen on fire and rehire and then managers in EMEA pressurised in meeting projects - struggled as they got rid of experienced staff, have to take on New joiners some offshore on to onshore, graduates then fudge the Security clearing procedure.
Unfortunately getting worse at this cesspool of place and Mikey No 2 when am I going to get my training and wage rise - been waiting since 2018
We really need to raise the awareness of these important issues.
