Its still all about cuts no growth

Still just hearing your "all doing well", and the customers are happy and saying we are in the game now.

But...... We can't work out pay rises.

Instead of paying more for "doing well" we are going to cut your pay further.

Can't believe the cr-p that comes out of management.

Stevie B used to be a trustable, honest straight talker, now his also become a bent bull talker who never wants to talk about pay.

How the mighty are changed by greed, shame its all about money for upper management.

No Dxc manager wants to talk pay, that's how bad its gone.

It's all they know cut and sc--w.

They will keep doing this till the company is zero.

No one wants to come to DXC, they have to pay extra to try and attract people to a sinking company.

If the management had any belief in themselves they would be paying people instead of "if then maybe we possibly give you a rise", then back track.

The management is sh-t, not good enough to run the business, they rob the employees money instead.

Need confident new management who have the ability to grow this company and pay staff.

Change needed.

There is definitely growth in prime offerings like Platform-X and modern workplace

Really disappointed in ChatGPT - would expect its auto entries on here to have a little more AI in them
One item above doesn't exist anymore since it was mercifully ki-led off over 6 months ago and the other is the worst performing sub unit in the worst performing group - I'll let you work out which is which ...

When I tell people I have only had a couple of pay raises in a decade they are shocked.

The client I work for couldn't believe how this is, they said they know how DXC operate, thier behaviours, therefore are not a long term partner due to thier ESG and churn.

They just give DXC the high npi scores to keep them happy through the contract but won't renew.

There is definitely growth in prime offerings like Platform-X and modern workplace. Our margins are healthy in this space and it is the way to go. Salary increases will follow.

Staff who are angry should take DXC wellness trainings and programs for help. Our HR programs are one of the best in the industry.

The EMEA apps townhall was another hour wasted listening to the same old nonsense, do well you'll get rewarded, there is no problem. If that was true then you wouldn't have so many angry staff asking awkward questions.
