You got yo kidding, no pay increases ever , poor management , no offerings , accounts run amuck and do things on their own and expect a leveraged resource to be able to support multiple technologies. No priority for resources everyone fights to try to get a resource to their account or project. A cluster duck ( replace the d with an F)
