Performance Improvement Plan

What is the best course of action if you are put on Performance Improvement Plan? Hand in my resignation or stick around for things to get better? Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

New Hybrid model..

Good for most , but not for all. Managers and directors not physically located in states where there is no known Anthem office, hub are ok not to go in an office obviously. But , in order to make a 'presence ' they will be flown in at the best... — read more

I do not believe that attrition will be huge

There are many reasons why I don't believe that attrition will be huge due to RTO. People say all kinds of things, and perhaps most of them would like to leave and work somewhere else fully remotely, but I don't believe that many people will leave... — read more

Lost all trust in Elevance Health

I've lost all trust in this organization. Anytime something happens (market drop, pandemic, etcetera) their first course of action is massive layoffs. I've seen too many good people have their lives and careers derailed whenever there is any market... — read more

I want to be laid off by July. Can I ask my manager?

If you are pursuing a career change, I don't think layoff packages are a bad thing, just don't know if boss will approve the idea. Most companies want to scare you into quitting so they don't have to pay for a package.

If they only knew!

Imagine if the majority shareholders were to learn how much potential profit is being lost due to total incompetence. It's actually shocking to see the malfeasance and zero accountability in this company.

Slides showing when to be back in the office?

In another posting, someone mentioned being shown slides that have information of when to be back in the office. Could more details be shared please? Like - what org, what states, dates to be back in TIA

It's just a job!

Why spend time worrying about this place? It's just one of many jobs you will have. Year's from now, it will be a distant memory, and it's very likely this company will not exist. Don't waste your time thinking about this place. Update your resume... — read more

I don't care anymore

Looking for info on the last early retirement package
