How in the H$ll does this company operate with these level's of total incompetence. One year working here and seeing first hand what is going on makes me sick. They need to flush this place and start over.

Low moral colleagues” I hope you realize your negative, vile, and racist thinking shows you’re part of the problem and you’re no better than those executing the RIF. You’re given tasks you can’t handle, are you incompetent? Your morale also seems to be quite low - just quit. You should also direct your RIF request to your AA boss since you feel so strongly.
Those of us who need to work are tired of hearing about those who don't need to work. Just please be quiet and be kind.

How can I make it on the RIF list in case I don't make it on this week's list? I want out and have almost resigned, but I would prefer to be eligible for UE benefits and a small severance.

I hope I get RIF’d. I need some time off. I have so much trauma from working here the past 4 years. Overbearing, incompetent, AA boss. Low moral colleagues. I don’t feel I have enough training for the type of tasks I am given and when I mess up I get shamed and berated. I’m getting yelled at by members who think we su-k. I just can not anymore. Please RIF me!
