It means last minute meeting I votes sent with bogus subject lines. The 10/20 rif allowed associates to work their 30 days. This afforded access to personal docs (resume, w2, paystybs, immigration docs etc). The 11/2 RIF cut off computer access immediately for most associates. You were just gone.
It’s not written in code. They’re saying stuff was happening today with people getting meeting invites labeled “sync up”. Meaning they were being let go as of today if they got that invite in email. Usually they are labeled “catch up” for those who are gone through it many times

The significant other was affected with this, there was so much BS in her group I am glad it's over. I work for a bank that has a busy board here on layoffs.com and I wanted to stop by and say I am sorry you are going through layoffs. I wish you all good luck.
