Thread regarding Anthem Inc. layoffs

I see several posts where we're attacking each other. Not the fake HR and corp monkey posts. The others where we're discounting each other's experiences and feelings about wanting to be RIFed or not. WE, the peasants, are not the problem. We can't fight with each other. We're all victims of the same terrible company and ELT. I would actually argue that VP and up are who really deserve the ire. At best, they're complicit. Your peers are not the enemy. We're all stressed. We all have PTSD at this point. Band together to support each other. That's the only way to make change. We have to be a bigger voice than leaders and the only way to do that is to get on the same page.
