The real issue here is the glorification of working yourself into the ground until your entire existence revolves around your job at Anthem. Those who are okay with sacrificing their life for work might manage, but that's just the minority. This should not be the norm, but by going along with it we made it to be. Sad and fu---d up, to say the least.

It is a giant joke. They layoff 75% of our team and think we will all continue to do the work of 5 people. I'm done. There is more to life than this job. Not going ruin my health for this company.
Agreed. I have no loyalty to this company. They strive to be innovative yet we are light-years behind with AI and digitization, our technology doesn't work properly, and our clinical programs are mediocre. We just repackage different concepts with fancy terminology and pretend we are innovative. Anthem is a means to a paycheck...that's all.
