I know of 4 in my department (myself included). "Touch Base" meetings start at 11am and are 15 min each. So it has started. This company is going down and I have no sorrow about that!

He is so not a mo--n! Take a look at what they've done to Amerigroup. They have systematically destroyed all the things that made Amerigroup such a great company. The reasons they bought Amerigroup don't exist anymore. And MMM is a money losing pit. Then take a look at all the Medicaid business that's been lost over the last couple of years and the reasons why. Elevance can't react as quickly as they need to in order to support Medicaid and they can't understand why that can't treat Medicaid the same as Commercial. Elevance's opinion of themselves is they can do what they want cause their s@$t doesn't stink but most state Medicaid agencies will tell you it does stink.
you are a total mo--n. Elevance Health has been buying up smaller Medicare and Medicaid payers (Simply, Amerigroup, HealthSun, MMM). So no, you are wrong.
This is the end of GBD. Elevance wants out of Medicaid and Medicare.
I’m so sorry to hear this. Are they offshoring a ton of IT? I know my department is probably next due to the amount of offshoring happening.
