This is true for all public companies. The puppets at the top make money when the owners make money. If you own mutual funds. you may be benefiting too.

there is one way in which you are wrong: the puppets at the top make money whether or not the owners make money. then after making a mess of the company, the puppets get golden parachutes worth more money than you plebs would make in ten lifetimes.
