Is it mean or have we continued to sink under Gail???? 14 name changes, sneaky layoffs. Hey Gail, Aetna and Centene were open with their people, gave them until Dec 31...so A LOT more time and not until after the holidays...but you guys don't give a sheet.....

Then send out emails telling us how powerful and wonderful Gail is...NOT......

They let the guy that is retiring give the bad news. Do you think he had his retirement package impacted by this? The poor forecasting by the ones who make decisions were at fault for this. Hopefully investors demand resignations over this poor planning so that we can have better leadership steering the ship.

Town Hall statement from finance guy - "A workforce optimization exercise was needed." How about we optimize the performance of the workforce by getting rid of that useless waste of time Culture cr_p. I can't believe after all these years; they are still wasting our time on these Culture assignments. Leave me alone and let me get my work done to serve the insured members until you decide my number is up and rif me......

A lot of talk about 'resource optimization' and 'decisive action in Q3 to identify efficiencies' and 'we will continue to look for efficiencies'..... interesting how those words can change in meaning depending on where you sit.
