CXO L&D went to he-l when they fired their SVP last fall. That dept has been falling apart and has been getting worse since hiring the new SVP from what I hear
Meanwhile they hired 2 directors in CXO L&D for probably close to $300k salary and then bonuses. Cool cool cool. Sh-tshow over there.
We were told 10k were RIF’d on Sept 20 and another 10k will be RIF’D in November. What a disaster this company has become. Hope Gail enjoys her $30M per year compensation when it comes at the cost of thousands of jobs.
I read 1600 on 9/20, 1100 on 11/2 and then the rest in Feb for a total of 5k, but that is all rumor.
My team remains intact but I can't help but worry.
